Our Mission

The Youth Leadership PAC is a state political fund founded in May 2013 dedicated to electing Republican candidates by mobilizing young voters and activists across Minnesota through direct voter contact.

Our Board

The Youth Leadership PAC is organized under a Board of Directors.

  • Treasurer Adam Motzko, chair of Minnesota Young Americans for Liberty and junior vice chair of the University of Minnesota College Republicans
  • Tim Bertram, former youth director of Kurt Bills for US Senate and executive director of Morton Blackwell’s Conservative Leadership PAC
  • Kate Engstrom, Clay County GOP BPOU chair
  • Sarah Oliver, University of Northwestern College Republicans media coordinator, Intern for Tom Emmer for Congress
  • Sam Larson, HD 38A GOP BPOU chair and coordinator of the Leadership Institute’s Youth Leadership School
